Include the DriverReady page URL, the detail that appears wrong and a current official source when available. Do not email a driver’s licence number, appointment confirmation, payment information or other sensitive personal information.
For a privacy request
State which DriverReady page or interaction concerns you and what you are requesting. We may need enough context to locate the material, but we will not ask you to send licence, financial or booking credentials.
DriveTest and licensing help
DriverReady cannot access or modify government or DriveTest records. Use the official DriveTest or Ontario channels for appointments, fees, licence status, test results and legal requirements.
