What is on the Ontario G1 knowledge test?
The knowledge test covers rules of the road and traffic signs from the official handbook. Expect multiple-choice questions, but study for understanding rather than memorizing a leaked-looking answer sheet.

Read the handbook, practise identifying why each answer is correct and revisit weak topics such as signs, right-of-way, demerit points and sharing the road.

Using only practice quizzes and never reading the source material the questions are based on.

How to practise it
Put the official requirement into a simple timeline, including eligibility, waiting periods and your expiry date. Administrative surprises are rarely educational.
When a rule, road sign or examiner instruction conflicts with an internet tip, use the official rule and the safe decision. The internet has many talents; wearing a reflective examiner vest is not one of them.
