Which highway lane should I use during the G test?
Follow examiner directions, lane markings and normal lane discipline. Keep right when appropriate, use other lanes for passing or route needs and do not make unnecessary changes.

When a rule, road sign or examiner instruction conflicts with an internet tip, use the official rule and the safe decision. The internet has many talents; wearing a reflective examiner vest is not one of them.
